Privacy Policy
Effective April 25, 2026
01 — Who we are
Meticulous & Wild LLC is a Texas limited liability company that provides media and analytics services. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Meticulous & Wild LLC. References to “you” mean visitors to our marketing site, users of our Meticulous platform, and individuals whose information we may receive in connection with our services.
02 — What this policy covers
This policy describes how we collect, use, and share information across:
This policy does not cover how our clients handle data within their own systems, nor how third-party platforms handle data they collect directly from their users.
03 — Marketing site
Our marketing site at meticulouswild.com is informational. We do not run third-party analytics, set tracking cookies, or operate contact forms on the site. Our hosting provider generates standard server-access logs (IP addresses, user-agent strings, requested URLs) as a routine matter of operating any web service. We use these logs only for security and reliability.
04 — The Meticulous platform
Sign-in to the Meticulous platform uses Google OAuth. From Google we receive your basic profile information — email address, full name, and profile image URL — and we use that information to authenticate you, determine which client workspaces you are authorized to access, and display your identity within the application.
The platform stores configuration entered by users — taxonomy structures, budget targets, alert rules, dashboard preferences, and similar metadata — in our application database. This information is associated with the authenticated user and the client workspace it belongs to.
For each client we serve, the Meticulous platform connects to that client’s own data warehouse using credentials the client provisions. We process client data within that warehouse as a service provider acting on the client’s behalf. We do not claim ownership of client data, and we do not use it for any purpose other than delivering the services described in our agreement with that client.
05 — Third-party advertising platforms
To support our clients, the Meticulous platform may connect to third-party advertising platforms — including Meta (Facebook), Google Ads, and similar services — using access tokens that the client authorizes for that purpose.
When the platform queries these services, the responses (for example, campaign and ad-set budget configurations) are fetched on demand and held only in transient memory while the request is being served. We do not persist this data to our application database. Cached responses, if any, expire within minutes and are not written to durable storage.
06 — How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the service providers we rely on to operate, and only as necessary for them to provide their services to us. These include:
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, to enforce our agreements, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition.
07 — Retention
We retain authentication and application data for as long as the associated user account or client workspace is active, and for a reasonable period thereafter to resolve disputes and comply with our legal obligations. Server-access logs follow the standard retention windows of our hosting provider. Data fetched from third-party platforms is not persisted, as described above.
08 — Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect information we hold, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest at the provider level, row-level access controls in our application database, and encryption of sensitive third-party credentials before storage. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that information transmitted over the internet will remain free from unauthorized access.
09 — Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Where we process information on behalf of a client (for example, marketing performance data within the client’s warehouse), requests should be directed to that client, who acts as the controller of that information.
We do not sell personal information, so opt-out-of-sale rights do not apply to our services.
10 — Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11 — Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of the page. Material changes will be communicated through the Meticulous platform or our website.
12 — Contact
For questions about this policy or to exercise the rights described above, please reach out via meticulouswild.com. Our registered office is in the State of Texas, United States.
